Customer satisfaction matters to Madema. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product leakage / packaging defect
  • Item missing from shipment

Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide:
    • Order ID
    • Photos / videos of product and packaging
    • Brief description of issue

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products purchased during clearance sale / special offer (unless damaged)

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through:

  • Original payment method, or
  • Store credit / replacement product (as applicable)

Replacement Policy

Eligible defective / damaged products may be replaced at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.

Cancellation of Refund

Madema reserves the right to reject false or abusive claims after verification.
