Customer satisfaction matters to Madema. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong item delivered
- Product leakage / packaging defect
- Item missing from shipment
Return Request Timeline
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide:
- Order ID
- Photos / videos of product and packaging
- Brief description of issue
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products purchased during clearance sale / special offer (unless damaged)
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through:
- Original payment method, or
- Store credit / replacement product (as applicable)
Replacement Policy
Eligible defective / damaged products may be replaced at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.
Cancellation of Refund
Madema reserves the right to reject false or abusive claims after verification.
